This Weller Klyro vase stands 8.5" high by 3" in diameter at its base, and 1.5" at the tapered rim. Klyro is a very pretty line from the 1920s. It has a sort of Art & Crafts styling, with an interesting wood-like trim, a 6-sided vase with six button tabbed feet at the base. It is decorated with Rose blossoms and leaves on each side. This vase is glazed in a very pleasing matte cinnamon-shaded glaze, with red blossoms and deep green leaves, and is piped in a deeper brown, which is a perfect accent. It is finished to a satin matte. This vase is well marked 'WELLER' in incised block letters, along with some number code in green slip. It still retains its original 'Klyro' paper label, and we guarantee it to be vintage Weller Pottery. It is in original condition, with the usual glaze nuances common to hand painted pots. The Klyro pattern has emerged as a very desirable 1920s Arts and Crafts Weller line, and this 6-sided form is a beauty.!
