We guarantee 100% satisfaction with every item we sell. We will describe the condition of each piece, identifying any flaws, factory or otherwise. If it is described as mint, that means no chips, no cracks and no repairs. If an item has been restored, we will give a detailed description of what you should expect upon receipt. We guarantee ‘return privilege’. If an item is not as we have described it, we will refund your purchase price and return shipping in full.
If you decide to return an item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt that you will be returning the item, along with a brief explanation of the problem. Please return the item in the same safe packaging that it was shipped in and insure it as well. We will refund your money upon receipt and examination of the original item.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please notify us upon receipt. Please do NOT return it. We will provide instructions on how to handle the return to the post office. Thank you.
