This Weller Hudson White and Decorated vase stands 9.5" high by 4" in diameter and 3" at the rim opening. It has a lovely rounded cylinder form with a rolled collar. This vase is beautifully decorated in thick slip, with yellow and red Poppy blossoms in a garland on the upper third of the vase, finished with a deep blue band at the rim. It is glazed in a rich, creamy white ivory ground, with beautifully complementary colors in the artwork, which is gorgeous. This vase is marked, albeit very hard to read, but guaranteed to be vintage original Weller Pottery. It is in original factory condition, with factory clay dimples on the interior and some no harm stray glaze near the base edge, shown in the photos. This rather large vessel is beautful, you will not be disappointed!
