This impressive Weller Matte Green vase stands 8.5" high by 4.25" across by 2.5" at the rim, a pleasing hexagonal form. This vase is subtly tooled with a circle design motif at the collar on two sides. It is glazed in Weller's signature lush Bedford matte green, which is killer, in a rich feathered green with lots of character. The design is classic Arts & Crafts in style. It has the telltale blue bottom glaze of a Weller pot, and it is guaranteed to be vintage Weller, circa 1905-1910. This handsome vessel is in excellent restored condition, for a factory stilt pull in the base, that was visible on the lower side of the vessel, along with a tight, short line at the rim. This vase makes an awesome Arts & Crafts presentation, and would complement any collection.
