This lovely Walrath flower frog measures 6" high by 4.5" across by 4.25" in diameter. It depicts a female nude, in a simple Arts & Crafts presentation. She is kneeling on a platform with one arm extended, with her hand clasped as if clutching a blossom. She is set on a flower frog base, a simple, yet wonderful design. This flower frog is glazed in very organic glazes, with the Nude in an organic oatmeal-colored glaze, peppered in gray flecks, on a medium blue flower frog base, both finished in a mat sheen. She is marked 'Walrath' under the base in an incised manner, and guaranteed to be original Walrath Pottery. She is in original studio condition, with a scuff in the glaze at the bottom edge, and a no harm glaze bubble in her extended hand, both shown in the photos. Walrath produced several designs as flower frogs, and this one is quite nice.
