This handsome studio urn/vase measures 2.5" high by 4.5" in diameter. It is a hand-crafted pot, well made with a nice heft. It has an urn form with a nice angular collar. It is glazed in a rich Royal Blue glaze and finished in a semi-gloss sheen. It is signed with the initials 'A.J.'.  This pot is in original studio condition, with the usual nuances of hand-crafted pots, like pinholes in the glaze. This does not feel like a new contemporary pot, but more like a studio pot made in the 1930s-40s.
