This Roseville Creamware Novelty mug measures 5" high by 4.5" across the handle by 3" in diameter at the rim, and 3.5" in diameter at the base. This mug is one of several decal designs, and can be found on different mug shapes by the Roseville Pottery. The Dutch and fraternal order mugs are fairly common, but the Novelty series is not, particularly in good condition. This mug depicts a playful scene with children playing and a Billy goat 'butting in'.  It is unmarked, but guaranteed to be vintage Roseville c1915. It is in factory mint condition with visible factory crazing and the usual glaze nuances common to the Creamware line, visible in the photos.  This is a fun novelty mug.
