This Rookwood Standard Glaze vase stands 7.25" high by 4" in diameter, tapering to 2.5" at the rim. It has a shapely form, which is pleasing to the eye. It was decorated by Miss Grace Hall, whose tenure spanned from 1902-1905, and then again in 1910-1912. She decorated this vessel with Autumn Leaves. The glaze colors are gorgeous in a rich brown standard glaze, shaded and blushed, revealing yellow and orange-hued leaves under the veil of glaze, simply beautiful. It is well marked with the well-known Rookwood logo, and dated 1904. It bears Grace Hall's initials 'GH' on the base, along with its shape number 926D. This shapely vessel is in original factory condition, with just a couple of no harm handling marks and minute scratches, simply minimal wear from handling over the last 100+ years. The shadows in the photos are from camera glare, the glaze finish is very bright and uniform. This very handsome vase makes a beautiful presentation!
