This handsome Arts & Crafts style pitcher was made by the Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Company (RRPCO) for National Pottery back in the 1930s-40s. It has a classic pitcher form, with a full body and rollng wavy rim and spout. It stands 9" high by 5.5" across the handle by 4.75" wide. It is glazed in a lush deep purple with heavy charcoal effects and hints of green threaded throughout. It is the best application of this glaze that we've ever seen. It is finished to a satin mat. This vessel is unmarked, but is guaranteed to be vintage National Pottery by RRPCO. It is in original factory condition, with the usual glaze nuances, but no apologies. It would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
