This Fulper teapot measures 4.5" high by 8" across the handle by 6" in diameter. The trivet is 6" in diameter by .75" thick.  It is from a teaset, shape 402, which appears to include this pot and trivet, plus a covered sugar, creamer and another pot, which are long gone.  It has an interesting form, with a recessed lid and a bulky round handle, in a nice Arts & Crafts presentation. This teapot is glazed in a vivid matte blue glaze, blushed with charcoal touches.  It is marked with the Fulper squared racetrack mark, dating it to circa 1909-1917. It is in very good condition, with a small chip on the inner edge of the trivet, which is hard to see when the teapot is in place, and the usual glaze nuances common to Fulper pots, including a clay seam under the trivet.
