This Frankoma wallpocket is made from ada clay, likely c1940s. It measures 5.5" high by 5" across by 2" wide. It depicts a Ram's Head, a fairly scarce Frankoma wallpocket form. The book by Bess shows a Prairie Green Ram's Head wallpocket, number 193, made only in 1942. The glaze is in a beautiful matrix-like stormy blue, which lays on this pocket quite handsomely. It is unmarked, but guaranteed to be authentic Frankoma. It is in amazingly original factory condition, no apologies.
