This rather modern, mid-century type set of candle sconces look somewhat like a stylized owl, perhaps not, but they are certainly a fun set. Each has two candlecups, and it appears they hang from the ledge on the backside. They are contemporary studio pottery, but no idea on a potter. They measure 5" high by 5" across by 3" deep. They are glazed in an oyster glaze over a terra cotta clay body, which makes for a nice glaze effect with specks of clay peeking through. This set looks like they could have a mark, but nothing discernable to my eye. They are in original studio condition, no apologies.
