This very pretty porcelain covered dish was made by Hutschenreuther in Gelb Bavaria for the china-painting trade.  It measures 5.5" high by 10" across the handles by 7" in diameter.  It has a handsome high-sided dish form with a handled lid.  It is decorated in a beautiful Daisies motif. The artist used magnificent colors, which are finished in a satin semi-gloss sheen. It is unsigned by the artist. The base is marked Hutschenreuther, Gelb, Bavaria on the underside. This dish is in original condition, no apologies. The dish and lid are heavily gilded in a beautiful presentation. If you appreciate china-painted wares, you just found a keeper, it's beautiful!
