This lovely Austrian pitcher stands 10.5" high by 7" across the handle by 5.5" in diameter.  It has a pitcher/tankard form, with a ribbon-like handle at its side. It is beautifully decorated in an Art Nouveau Waterlilies motif, very pretty.  This porcelain beauty is glazed in a wonderfully soft palette of colors, with yellow blossoms and green leaves, with the lower third presenting like a pondscape, with Waterlilies floating on the water's surface, while showing its stems and foliage below the surface.  This is a stunning pitcher.  It is very well marked and has a beautiful cartouche on the bottom, which shows a bridge or castle moat, with what appears to be a 'G' in the center, and I believe it says 'Made in Austria' on the lower edge of the cartouche.  It also is incised 'Made in Austria', along with the number 7724, perhaps a shape number, among other number codes.  This impressive Art Nouveau pitcher is in original condition, no damage or restoration to this more than 100 year-old beauty, just generalized factory crazing.  It makes a beautiful presentation.
