This wonderful porcelain art plaque by T&V, France measures 14.25" high by 6.25"across. The plaque is about 3/8" thick. Tressemans and Vogt in France produced exceptional porcelain objects for many years in the 19th and 20th centuries. This plaque is marked with the T&V number 7 ink stamp mark, which dates this plaque to c1892-1907. The hand-painted design depicts 'Pierot Playing a Mandolin' and is signed by G.E. Earley. The quality of the artwork is very good with very fine details. The colors are lush and rich. This plaque is in original condition, no apologies. It is ready for framing and presents quite handsomely.
