This early Haeger vase measures 8" high by 4" in diameter. It has a simple cylinder form. It is glazed in a very nice blue and green striated glaze, with a great oil-spot hue, and finished to a glossy sheen. This vase feels great in hand. It bears the early Haeger diamond mark, with the name 'Haeger' incised. This shape is well documented in the Haeger references. It is in near original condition, with a very good restoration to two tiny glaze flakes at the rim, along with the usual factory stilt marks and a very small glaze skip at the base edge as it rolls under. This is a very nice early example from c1914.
