This beautiful Roseville Savona lamp stands a tall 23" from tip to toe, with the pottery portion measuring about 8.5" high by 9" in diameter. It has a large full-bodied form, vase shape 378-8, converted to a lamp and set on a complementary wooden teak base. It is embossed with a nice vertically ribbed design, rather modernistic, yet traditional. This lamp is glazed in Roseville's signature yellow Savona glaze, which is a bright and cheerful glaze color, and finished in a glossy sheen. The mold and color are great! This lamp is marked under base, with its shape number 378 in red grease pencil, an old paper label, which reads '6.00', presumably its original price, and lastly the remnants of a Roseville black paper label. This beauty is in original factory condition on the body of the vessel. It was made into a lamp long ago, with a punch hole in the base, as is well-shown in our photos. The metal hardware appears to be brass. This lamp, in excellent working condition, presents beautifully!
