This impressive and very hard-to-find Gonder Pottery fully scaled 'Scarla' Sunfish vase from the Imperial 500 Series, shape #522 measures 9.5" high by 11.5" across by 5" wide, a rather large vase. It has an awesome appealing mid-century modern form, with great accent scale lines. Best of all it is glazed in a nice pink and blue mottled glaze, a glaze we've not seen before. It is well marked and guaranteed to be vintage Gonder. This vase is in near original condition, with a teensy glaze edge nick at the base, shown in the photos. The glaze is fluid, but very uniform. This rather scarce Gonder Sunfish vase makes a fabulous mid-century modern presentation!
