This Fulper vase stands a respectable 11" high by 5.75" across the handles by 5.5" in diameter. It has a handsome amphora form, with scrolled handles, referred to as a 'Grecian' form in the references. This vase is glazed in rich, rather fluid cobalt and charcoal glazes, very organic in its presentation. It is marked with its original Fulper paper label, dating it to c1917-1927. It is Fulper shape #486. It is in very good condition, but drilled through its paper label, and likely lived much of its life as a lamp, a common thing to do in the teens and 1920s. It has the usual no harm factory glaze nuances, including some tiny pinholes in the glaze as can be seen in the photos. This vessel makes a great Arts & Crafts presentation!
