This screaming Art Deco Gazelle figural measures 7" high by 13" long by 2" wide. It was made by the French company LePrintemps Studio or Prima Vera c1925-1930 at the height of the Art Deco movement. It depicts a Gazelle leaping through foliage, which has great movement and lines. It is glazed in a porcelain white and finished to a clear gloss. This figural bears the Prima Vera France ink stamp on its base, and also its shape number in red grease pencil. It is in very good condition with a small flattened sliver chip on the under base, and a factory fissure that rolls under the base, shown in our photos. This Gazelle makes a wonderful Art Deco presentation!
