This American Art Clay Company (AMACO, Indianapolis, IN, c1920s-1940s) pottery vase stands 6" high by 5" across the handles by 4" in diameter. It has a very statuesque form with elbow handles on a narrow platform base. This vase is glazed in a verde green striated glaze, which has a stippled effect, very organic in presentation with lighter areas of a crystallized green. This vase is well marked on the base. It is in very good condition, with an old, but good restoration to a base edge chip and a nick on the edge of one handle.
