We ship via UPS and the USPS. We follow their recommended guidelines for double-boxing, bubble-wrapping and in addition, all items are packed in peanuts to protect the enclosed contents.
Our policy is 100% satisfaction. We guarantee return privilege on any piece of pottery you purchase from us. The condition, mold and color will be described in as much detail as necessary. If a piece has been restored we will tell you. We will describe the restoration in detail giving you an accurate assessment of what you should expect to see upon receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to call us to arrange for a return and PPPP will cheerfully refund your money or credit your charge card account upon receipt. You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item that you are returning it.
